Our agency is looking for new self motivated and driven team members to represent our initiatives in the Outdoor / Shooting Sports Industry. We're seeking adaptable career minded individuals who have the ability to communicate and execute sales strategies. The use of analytics and data for the purpose of growing existing accounts and generating new business is key. Position requires face-to-face customer management, weekly travel and proficiency in e-mail communications / MS Work / MS Excel. This role will include industry trade shows, national sales meetings as well as periodic weekend events with our dealer base.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy the shooting sports industry and would like to make it their profession.

1 - Territory / Account Manager Responsibilities
- Sales Management - Multiple product lines
- Communicating Programs / Products / Initiatives to Account
- Mapping Territory to Optimize Call Frequency
- Analyze Available Data for Selling Processes
- Manage Account Inventory
- Build Long Term Relationships
2 - Product Training
- Train Accounts on New Products / Platforms / Initiatives
- Demo New / Existing Products to Account / Consumers
3 - Reporting
- Salesforce Reporting by Account Visit
- Initiative Reporting by Target Account
- Data Mining Account for Our Brands and Competitive Brands
4 - Data Analysis
- Excel Proficiency is Key
- Ability to Review Data and Apply to Account / Territory
5 - Travel
- Weekly Travel Throughout Territory
- Regional / National Travel Periodically
